The European Coalitions for Cultural Diversity (ECCD) are within the signatories of an open letter addressed to the President Juncket and the European Commissioners by a group of more than one hundred organisations belonging to the European audiovisual sector, about the potential impacts of the creation of a Digital Single Market in the EU.
